Just a positive story:
2018 Subaru WRX STI looking for a tow bar that was able to be fitted plus looked good. The team was able to measure the car on the first booking and advised that if unable to do the fitment no charge. Then they located what they considered the right t/bar and ordered a couple of different versions, get the idea it was not easy? Dropped the car off on Friday and at 1pm we have a professional fitment that looks OEM. On time and price and great additional service. I can recommend that they listened, researched and then acted as per the brief. Could not be happier as service is delivering on customer expectations not just a product delivered. Luke fitted the towbar at our home. He really knew his towbars and trailers and takes pride in his work. He arrived on time, was considerate and thorough, and he went out of his way to help with concerns over our very old trailer. He has lots of really good hints and tips, and he also carries and offers a range of accessories that we needed but hadn’t thought about. This was a really nice company to deal with. The service with Canberra Tow bar Fitters was superb. Luke came to our house on time. When he arrived he explained everything before putting on the tow bar. He was very considerate talking me through all of the different parts and safety requirements (I am a middle aged female and know nothing about car mechanics!). He even looked after an escaped dog with an injured leg which turned up in our driveway while he was putting on the tow bar. The price and fitting was very reasonable. Outstanding service!
